APPOINTMENT POLICIES

RESCHEDULES - 

Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE for all appointments, however they are transferable. A deposit will be due at the time of booking and will go towards the final cost of your appointment. The only way a deposit can be transferable is if when rescheduling before the 48 hour mark.  Any reschedule that is made LESS THAN 48 hours before the appointment will result in a lost of the deposit and a new one will need to be taken in order to rebook.

CANCELLATIONS - 

Cancellations also MUST be done 48 hours before your appointment. Because deposits are nonrefundable the deposit will sit on the account until your ready to rebook. Any rescheduling day of the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

NO CALL NO SHOWS - 

If you no call no show your appointment, you will be charged 100% for your service booked with card on file and will be unable to book again.

PMU

PREVIOUS WORK / CORRECTIONS

If you have EVER had previous PMU work before, you must get approval PRIOR to booking your appointment. Previous work has to be at least 60% faded before being able to cover it. Previous work / corrections are a case by case basis. Failure to get approval prior to booking will result in the loss of the deposit .

touch ups / annual touch ups

All brow sessions include a complimentary touch-up, which MUST be scheduled within 12 weeks. PMU is a two step process and you are not technically done until you get your touch up.

If you DO NOT book the touch up within the 12 weeks it will no longer be free and you will be charged tray fee of $150.

Annual touch ups are typically done as soon as 12 months and up to 4 years. The color of the brows needs to be 50% faded before we can do a annual touch up.
