APPOINTMENT POLICIES

RESCHEDULES - 

You have to reschedule before the 48 hour time frame. Any reschedule that is made LESS THAN 48 hours before the appointment will result in a rescheduling fee of $30 to the card on file. 

CANCELLATIONS - 

Cancellations also MUST be done 48 hours before your appointment. Because deposits are nonrefundable the deposit will sit on the account until your ready to rebook. Any rescheduling day of the appointment, you will be charged $30 service fee and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

NO CALL NO SHOWS - 

If you no call no show your appointment, you will be charged a 100% of the service. If your card cant be charged you will be BLOCKED from the system and not able to book with me again.
